Apperson said that under federal law the prosecution does not have to reveal who it has subpoenaed before the trial begins. Instead, the court issues blank subpoenas.
Also, any exhibits that will be used, including photographs taken from Allison’s home by federal agents during the November raids on his homes, won’t be made public until five days before the trial.
Since their names obtained from court documents and published in Arundel Newspapers, both Warrenton real estate agent Jennifer Jackson and Middleburg flower shop o^ifier Sally Bolton have instructed their attorneys to issue statements denying any involvement with Allison’s alleged conspiracy.
Asked about their statements, Apperson declined comment, saying only that both women were the subjects of an ongoing investigation.
