The Rappahannock County Planning Commission voted to allow Christopher Parrish to re-subdivide two parcels of land into two tracts of different sizes at its monthly meeting last Wednesday.
The commission permitted Mr. Parrish to split two parcels, of 25 and 96 acres, into two parcels of 116 and five acres.
The five acre parcel contains a log cabin that Mr. Parrish said he was trying to sell.
He agreed to limit to three the number of smaller parcels he could
