Dance at fire hall

A dance to benefit the Washington Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the fire hall. The band, Tarragon will be featured. You must be 21. Advance tickets are $7 per person or $13 couple or at the door for $8 and $15, respectively.

Class reunion planned

The 1976 graduating class of Rappahannock High will have its 15th year reunion on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Rappahannock Park near Washington. Scout leaders at Fee Day

Girl Scout leaders will be at Rappahannock Elementary on Fee Day, Aug. 29 with interest forms for any girl from kindergarten through 12th grade who is interested in joining girl scouts. Times will be from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. For more information call Judy Tole, 937-5850 or Janet Smoot, 987-9029.

Tennis tournament
