Mr. Williams was born Sept. 12, 1935, in Front Royal, the son of Katherine Grim Williams of Front Royal and the late Garnett Doffes Williams.
Surviving with his mother are three brothers, Richard Williams, James Williams and Ronnie Williams, all of Front Royal; three sisters, Dorothy Glascock of Front Royal, Barbara North of Huntly and Patty Lebrum of Fredericksburg.
Pallbearers were Michael Sims, Eric Williams, Dryan Williams, Kenney Gri, Brad Wilkins and Daniel Williams.
Honorary pallbearers were Raymond Cameron, Joseph Ramey, Luther Mauck and Richard McDonald.
