• The Rappahannock Special Education Advisory Committee will hold its regular meeting at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, in the Rappahannock Elementary library. During the meeting the 1992-93 special education plan will be reviewed. The plan was presented to the School Board at its February meeting and tabled for a vote March 10.

Copies of the plan are available at both public school libraries and the School Board offices until March 18. For more information, call Margarita Piper, Director of Pupil Personnel, 987-8773.

• The Rappahannock Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. Feb. 24 in the basement of the Circuit Court Clerk's Office to consider proposals from two firms for E-911 systems and proposals for engineering studies required for the next landfill section.
