VARIANCE #92-02-02 Woodville Baptist Church, (Mr) J. Maurice O'Bannon, Trustee, desires to obtain a Variance to the Rappahannnock County Zoning Ordiartce in order to construct an approximate twenty-four (24) foot addition to the rear section of the Church necessitation a vaiance of nine (9) feet to the rear yard requirements of twenty (20) feet. Property is located in the village of Woodville, VA; zoned ”VR' Village Residential; Tax Map 49A 1, Parcel 23. Section 12, Article 12.4 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
