Library preschoolers programs The Rappahannock County Library will hold preschool programs on Wednesdays at 10 a.m., Feb. 19-March 18. Four filmB, including “Madeline’s Rescue,” and ‘There’s a Nightmare in My Closet,” will be shown on Feb. 19. Susan McCarthy will entertain the children with stories and a craft on Feb. 26. Ki Theatre in Charlottesville Ki Theatre will appear in Charlottesville at the University of Virginia’s Helms Theatre on Feb. 27, 28 and 29. A six-member ensemble will present “Conference of the Birds, Part I,” a phantasmagoria! evening of theater that combines storytelling, projections, moving fabric, acting, and an original score of music composed and performed live by Paul Reisler and Bob Read of Trapezoid. Ticket, supply for this unusual offering is limited because it is part of a University subscription series.
