PUBLICATION A petition having been filed with this Court by Douglas K. Baumgardner. Executor of the Estate of Anne Slaughter Keyaer, and the question of probate having been removed to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, and an affidavit having been made and signed that there may be untown heirs, devisees, successors in interest or others who have an interest in the Estate of anne Slaughter Keyser by virtue of the provisions of the testamentary papers heretofore filed with this Court, the names and poet office address of sucn persons being untown, it i therefore ORDERED that said persons be made parties defendant as PARTIES UNKNOWN, and rt is hereby ORDERED, that each of said parties appear on or before April 16. 1992 at 9 A.M., ana do what is necessary to protect their interest in this matter. It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for lour consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock.
