Four red bone hound puppies are the featured pets at the shelter this week. They are three months old. Other dogs available at the Rappahannock Animal Shelter in Amissville this week are a year-old female spaniel cross, black and very sweet; a 2-year-old male border collie, black and white; a 2-3 year old male shepherd cross, brown and black; and a year-old female chow, reddish in color. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. The lost animal registry can be found in the Classified Section of the Rappahannock News.
