We take such pride in preparation. Have we prepared our souls as carefully? Are they fueled with faith and insulated with the Word of God? Is our spiritual battery charged for those times we must go that “extra mile”? Have we stored in our hearts the love of God that warms us through sorrow’s chill?.
“On the first day of every week each of you is to put something aside and store it up...” (1 Cor. 16:2). Place worship at the top of your list. Now you are ready.
