Roger Lawrence Baumgardner, •Jr., 35, of Walkerville, Maryland, w as indicted for grand larceny. He is charged with stealing lumber last May from Phillip'Terrell in Castletpn.
Susan (Eaton) Warren, 48, of Sperrvville. was indicted for possession of a firearm while a convicted felon. .
Samuel L. Robinson, 25, of Warrenton, was indicted for failing to appear for a felony trial. He was to be tried on August 18, but when he didn’t show, Nov. 17 was set as a new trial date. Because of difficulty se rving papers to witnesses for this ease, the trial has again been postponed. and will take place on Jan. 19. Mr. Robinson is incarcerated in the Rappahannock County Jail.
Leonard Morgan Eppard, 30, of Washington, who was tried and sentenced to 40 years in the Departs ment of Corrections on Oct. 25 for aggravated sexual battery and sodomy, was in court to see Judge Carleton Penn, who had heard his case on Oct. 25. Judge Penn was in court just for the Eppard case; Judge W. , Shore Robertson heard all the other cases on Term Day.
Mr. Eppard told Judge Penn1 that he wahted to withdraw his pleas of guilty, which led to a plea agreement
