Donna Sue Jackson, 28, of Amissville, was in court to show cause why she should not have her probation revoked for failing to comply with her conditions of probation. Ms. Jackson had previously been convicted of four counts of forgery and is in the CDI program with strict probation, in lieu of incarceration. i
On Sept. 22 she submitted a urine specimen for drug testing, as a condition of her probation, and it tested positive for cocaine and marijuana. She did not have an attorney with her in court on Monday and filled out forms for a court-appointed attorney. She will be back in court on Dec. 1.
A capias remains outstanding for Tony Capies, 28, of Washington, D.C., who had been released from the Department of Corrections in September, 1992 on probation. He had been sentenced to five years for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He has failed to pay court costs of $529.50 plus interest.
