The board went over the budget for the last six months. Lab fees are running higher than projected; $960 has been paid out in six months and the budget is $1,000 for the year. $4,120 has been spent on plant supplies for which $12,500 is budgeted.
A bill for $24,000 is due to the county for plant salaries, but there was only $6,041.30 in the account at the end of 1995, said Carson Johnson.
