For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Yield: 10 (4 F/2-inch) pancakes. ! Oat ‘N* Crunch Brownies 1 (21.5-ounce) package fudge brownie mix 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 3/4 c. candy-coated chocolate pieces Grease bottom of a 13 by 9 by 2inch pan. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; spoon into prepared pan. Combine pecans, oats, brown sugar, and, if desired, cinnamon; stir in butter. Stir in candy; sprinkle over batter.
