you Jan. 19, at 10:55 a.m., VDOT has just been hit with yet another crisis — flooding everywhere now, roads being closed, high water signs needed, and 1 just heard my husband notifying VDOT headquarters that the culverts were gone again from the same road they worked so hard on during the summer flood.
1 guess people will always want VDOT to do miracles. So maybe they could call you and just let you part the waters, and we will a^ walk through on dry land.
