there and took it to have tested and brought it back to lock it up again. It was found to be PCP. Judge Selwyn Smith, after hearing everyone’s testimony, told Mr. Reid he did not believe him and found him guilty of possession of PCP and of speeding.
He said he believed Mr. Reid was attempting to elude the trooper and ditch drug evidence. Mr. Reid will be sentenced Nov. 10 on both charges.
Ronnie L. Kennedy was sentenced to two years in jail with all but six months suspended for grand larceny during Circuit Court on Aug. 21.
