SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION
ORDER
It is ORDERED that the creditiors of and all others Interested in the Estate of Augusta F. Hasse, deceased, show cause, if any they can, on the 18th day of September, 1997; at 9:00 a.m., before this Court, at its courtroom at Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, 22747, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Augusta F. Hasse to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, it appearing to the Court that a report of the accounts of Central Fidelity National Bank, Executor of the Estate of Augusta F. Hasse, and of the debts and demands against her Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, and the Executor so moving.
