Lawrence and Barbara Jean Armentrout, who both own 25 percent, Roger D. Armentrout, who owns five percent, and Michele Charles Savino, who owns 45 percent.
Mr. Savino is a minor and to protect his interest a court order must be sought to complete the sale to the county.
This will be done in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock and since all other parties are in agreement the sale will be completed after the court gives approval, said County Administrator John McCarthy.
