Rappahannock News Staff Writer

After an executive session, which took about four times as long as the actual meeting, the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors, last Wednesday, approved a motion to accept a lontract and purchase the \rmentrout property, located adjacent to Rappahannock Elementary School.

The board called a special meeting to consider the purchase of the property which consists of 25.1567 acres and the aoard agreed to a purchase price )f $100,600, at the assessed /alue of $4,000 per acre.

The property is owned by Lori Ann Armentrout
