On behalf of the staff and clients of the
Rappahannock Department of Social Services, I would like to thank Hair Cuttery of Culpeper for their kind donation to our programs.
They held a “cutathon” on the Fourth of July during which anyone could get a haircut for only $5 which they in turn donated to our department. In addition they provided refreshments and prizes for drawings. The event was very successful and the proceeds will benefit our efforts to prevent child abuse.
It was especially gratifying in that not only was there a great deal of planning
