The Court being satisfied that the legal presumption of death has been made out, the Court doth, therefore, pursuant to Section 64.1-110 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, so order. The Court further finds that the evidence shows that the length of absent of the presumed decedent is less than 20 years. Accordingly, the Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to forthwith cause notice of entry of this Order to be inserted once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia. The presumed decedent, Eric Wilmer, if alive, or any person for him, is hereby ordered to produce to the Court within 12 weeks from the date of the last insertion of this Order, the text of which Order shall be deemed a notice that is in compliance with Section 64.1-110 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, satisfactory evidence of his continuance and life. The Court specifically finds that it is not practicable to publish this notice in a newspaper published at or near the place where the presumed decedent had his residence when last heard from.
