Doug and Beverly Exline and Andrew Burke and Mrs. Alice Racer, all of Washington spent July 5-10 in Florida visiting friends and touring around Orlando, Leesburge and Wildwood, Fla.
On Tuesday, July 6 they spent the day in Disney World. Andrew enjoyed golfing on Wednesday. They all had a good time.
Congratulations to Diana Hughes for catching a bass last week that weighed almost eight pounds and measured 19 inches in a local pond. Diana and her husband, Bobby enjoy fishing. Diana and Bobby go fishing at least twice a week.
Mrs. Marilyn Bailey returned Wednesday to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nina Norman and family after being in Fauquier Hospital for four days due to a broken hip. She is recuperating nicely and said she really appreciates the flowers, cards and phone calls from her friends and relatives.
Our condolences to the family of Mrs. Alice Brady who passed away at her home in Flint Hill last Wednesday.
