It’s a girl!
Janie Wines and Brandon Phillips of Chester Gap are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Brookelyn Jennifer born July 2 at Winchester Medical Center.
Brookelyn weighed seven pounds and nine ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.
Delighted grandparents are Jimmy and Debbie Wines of Chester Gap and Mary Phillips, also of Chester Gap.
Great-grandparents are Clabert and Helen Smoot of Washington, Albert and Ruby Wines of Chester Gap and the late Dean and Gracie Holdoway.
