Construction of Culpeper. General Excavation was apparent low bidder, with a base bid of $499,700, but bid alternates and administrative details are being evaluated, and no award will be made until after the RCHS Extension bid opening has been concluded. That bid opening has again been delayed, and is now scheduled for July 27 at 2 p.m. at the School Board offices.
