Rodney Dean Pullen, 30, of Rixeyville died Monday, Aug. 23 at Fairfax Hospital.
He was born Jan. 10, 1969 in Charlottesville.
Mr. Pullen was a member of First Century Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son, Anthony Wayne Edward Pullen; his daughter, Mikayla Faith Pullen; his mother, Sue Jane Pullen of Culpeper; his father, Jerry Wayne Smoot of Chester Gap and his sister, Melissa Yvonne Frazier of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include his maternal grandmother, Libby Jane Pullen of Washington and his former wife, Sarah Anne Pullen of Culpeper.
He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, Aug. 27 at Found and Sons Chapel with the Rev. Tim Atkins and Rev. Josh Shifflett officiating.
Interment followed at Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Tommy Hutchinson, Troy Frazier, Gary Wayne Pullen, David Dodson, Vernon Dodson, Dennis Frazier, Jack Pullen Jr. and Danny Atkins.
