Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 8, 1999, at 7:30 a m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

Application by William McDonough Partners (agents for Sunnyside Farm LLC) to obtain a Special Use permit to allow for expansion of a retail use in an existing retail space (@ 1,100 square feet to 1,500 square feet). Property is known as Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 107 and is zoned Village-Mixed Use allowed under Section 1-4-3(d.) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington. Additional standard in Section 6-1 -2(k.).
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747.
