PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Sept. 23, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

Mountainside Market, Inc., by Brian J. Ross, President, desires a Special Use permit for a laundromat in its building located at 11771-D Lee Highway, Sperryvilfe, VA (Tax Map 37 - Parcel 21H Piedmont District, zoned HC-Highway Commercial). The laundromat will start with 5 washers and 5 dryers and may later add 3 more of each for a total of 8 washers and 8 dryers. Use allowed under code Section 170-36E of the Rappahannock County Code.
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O.
