It has been just over two years since I moved into
Rappahannock County. Never, in all the places I have lived, have I experienced such a strong bond between the residents and their environment.
Living and working on and under the water in South Florida, I was fortunate to be apart of the connection between boat captains, scuba divers and our precious underwater echo system. Often times, however, the community at large had little or no respect for our natural resources.
