RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTYH, VIRGINIA

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 4, 1999 at 7:00 pm in the i Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

W.L. and Mary L. Payne, Trustees, desire a Special 1 Exception permit to create a lot of less than 25 acres by boundary adjustment between their lot of 49+ acres (Tax Map 30, Parcel 16B) and their purchase of a 32.7+ acre lot owned by Maria C. Siccardi. The boundary adjustment would leave a lot of approximately 19 acres. Property is zoned "A”Agricultural and "C”-Conservation and is located in Hampton District. Allowed under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, September 15, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O.
