Alliance meeting
RCCA, the Conservation Alliance, will hold its annual meeting at the Washington fire hall at 7:30 on Friday, Oct. 27. The program will feature two current projects-- a "buildout analysis" which will show the potential growth in the county and where it could occur; and "building practices" guidelines for living in a scenic rural community. Refreshments will be served, and there will be time to discuss other issues, such as cell towers.
