Nutrition program underway

Foods and Skills, a special program sponsored by Rappahannock Cooperative Extension is currently underway and will continue for the next five Fridays at the Washington Baptist Church. The program is held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Smart Choices Nutrition Education program will provide participants with a Nutrition Education lunch, Life Skills speaker each week, a bag of groceries each week, a cookbook and a recipe file. Bush-Alien-Wolf campaign rally set

Come and enjoy an old-fashioned campaign rally sponsored by the Rappahannock County Republican Party on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 3 p.m. at the Washington Volunteer Fire Hall.
