• Town Attorney John Bennett reported that Bucky Slater requested that the Town consider abandoning an easement that exists on the Leggett property. The easement, effected in 1935, provides the Tbwn with the right to locate a well and piping across the property. Ms. Slater will present her request at the November Town Council meeting.
