Louise Hitt Smith, 64, of Amissville died on Sunday, Oct. 15 at her residence.
She was born July 1, 1936 in Virginia, a daughter of the late Henry Silas Hitt and Eva Agnus Hitt.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of Amissville Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Amissville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Ladies Auxiliary.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. at Amissville Baptist Church with the Rev. Vernon DeLong officiating. Burial will be held at the Amissville Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation time will be held Thursday, Oct. 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton.
Survivors include her husband, Everett Randolph Smith of Amissville; three daughters, Nancy Wiles of Amissville, Karen Williams of Chester Gap and Tammy Martin of Alexandria; two sons, Everett R. ' Smith Jr. and Joey Smith, both of Amissville; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
