Mr. Bennett asked if the size of the proposed purchase and installation would dictate a budget amendment and thus a public hearing, and Mr. Critzer replied that the “building is primarily to be used for storage of tools and waterworks parts, and I would like to see the money taken from the waterworks reserves.”
