• Congratulations to RCHS Senior Samantha Breeden! Miss Breeden recently competed in the District 14 Chorus Competition where she auditioned for the All State Chorus. Only two students are chosen from each district.
Breeden placed first to District 14 that includes Handley and James Wood High Schools and other Winchester area schools, Loudoun County, Warren County, and Clarke County. She is the first RCHS student to ever make it to All State status; this is quite an honor for our school system! The All State Competition will be held in March.
Samantha Breeden is also scheduled to compete in the All State Band Competition this spring as well.
• Many thanks to Mrs. Patty Metcalfe for the volunteer hours she contributes as a tutor at RCES. Her positive energy is very much appreciated by her students and the staff as well.

• On Feb. 13 RCES celebrated the 100th day of school this year. Primary
