We are glad to report that Billy Smoot is home and recuperating nicely after being a patient at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.
On Wednesday, Feb. 21 the committee on fund raising will meet at the Washington Baptist Church in preparation for the annual Spring Event which will be held on Saturday, April 21. The Fodderstack Races are also held on April 21.
The youth of the Washington Baptist Church will meet Sunday at 6 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Weakley of Fredericksburg were Saturday luncheon guests of Mrs. Erma Jenkins.
