Whenever someone suggests a tax cut
they demand, “Where is the government going to get the money to pay for the tax cut?”
But when they want to raise our taxes, do they ever ask, “Where are working people going to get the money from to pay for higher taxes?”
No. They just want more. For liberals, taxes are never high enough.
Now that’s the difference between them and me. For me, cutting taxes is not a political issue. It’s a core value.
