Rappahannock News Writer „ With over 200 of our county’s residents in attendance this past Saturday night, the Rappahannock County School Sports Association’s Casino Night was a huge success. In spite of the cold weather, it proved to ward off the winter blues.
In “Rappahannock fancy attire”, everyone socialized, played at all the gaming tables and partook of the great hors d’oeuvres. Ben “Cooter” Jones graciously acted as Master of Ceremonies and was seen signing autographs for the grandsons of the casino owner, Mr. Del Vecchio.
Each table was also sponsored by a local business.
