Rappahannock started off strong in the first inning of action on Friday evening, but fell to Fauquier in five innings of play, 16-11.
Rapp started off well in the first inning as Bradley Frye, John Anderson, Brock Smith and Tyler Wilson all stroked base hits in consecutive atbats scoring four runs.
