April Red Cross Blood Drives
5/17 - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. RRCS Your blood saves lives! Please mark your calendar and plan to donate. Remember to drink lots of fluids — water or juice are best — the day before, and the day of, the blood drive. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and fatty foods. Tb give blood, you must be generally healthy, 17 years of age or more, and weigh at least 110 pounds.
