also said that he had inappropriately touched her. According to the alleged victim, her father sought to have Marvin prosecuted at that time, but was told by officials of the Department of Social Services that there was not sufficient evidence.
After the hearing, Marvin’s employer seemed visibly disturbed, and said that he would wait until Marvin’s appearance before the grand jury on May 8 before deciding whether to help him. After Marvin’s grand jury appearance, the employer withdrew his offer of help.
Since bond has been revoked, it is likely Marvin will remain incarcerated until his June trial.
