The Constitution of Virginia requires that you be registered in the precinct in which you live in order to be qualified to vote. In order to be qualified to vote in the Democratic Party Primary Election, Tuesday, June 13, 2006, you must register no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Mav 15. 2006 For the convenience of eligible citizens, the Voter Registration Office of Rappahanrtock County located at 262A Gay Street, will be open for registration Mondays, Tuesdays. & Thursdays. 8:00 a.m. . 4:00 n.m. with exceptions Of Holidays: Also, the Voter Registration Office will be open on Saturday, June 10. 20Q6 from 9:00 a.m, - 5:00 p.m. for the convenience of registered voters who need to vote by absentee ballot for this election date. Saturday. -lune 10, 2006, is the final day on which absentee ballots may be voted in person by qualified applicants. All requests for reasonable accommodations due to a disability should be made to the registrar with at least a 48-hour notice. You are encouraged to make application for voter registration.
