July 10-14: Panther Summer
Basketball Camp
Register now for the RCHS Panther Summer Basketball Camp, from July 10th through July 14th. Five 4 hour sessions (830AM - 1230PM) will feature fundamentals instruction followed by live game experience. The camp is open to boys and girls who will be in 4th through 8th grade this Fall. Pre-register by mailing your deposit of $25 and your camp application by June 23. Applications can be picked up at the Rappahannock County High School or Elementary School Office and also at the Rappahannock County Library. Cost of the camp is $75 for the week, all campers will receive a T-shirt at the end of camp. July 22: Rea Market and Yard Party
On Saturday, July 22 the Chester Gap Volunteer Fire & Rescue’s will have a flea market and yard party at the carnival grounds in the fire hall from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They will even pick up the items for you. Committee yard sale
The Annual Yard Sale of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee is not that far away - August 26th. Now is the time to look around the house to see what you’d like to donate: small furniture, holiday decorations, kitchenware, videotapes, how-to books. The fund-raiser yard sale this year will feature something new: a collector’s comer, our own boutique for the very special items.
