Senior Planner

Engineering/Environmental Planner

Responsibilities include active participation in the Development Bond Program, the Erosion and Sediment Control Program, the Street Acceptance Program, and the Stormwater Management Program. These programs require coordinating and conducting field construction inspections, assisting with the technical review ot land development applications, and providing technical support and guidance to clients. Qualified applicants should possess a B.S. in the Engineering, Construction, or Environmental related fields supplemented by two years previous experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience with major focus in civil engineering, construction management, or environmental sciences whjch provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Must possess and maintain a valid Virginia's driver s license. VA DCR E&S Certification is a plus. The starting salary range is $52,292.86 to $67,974.66.
