On Friday, June 9, the RCES 7th graders and on Saturday, June 10, the RCHS seniors took a big step in the world and now will have new opportunities and adventures.
Praise and honor is yours. For each of you has accomplished good goals and made right choices to come this far. You have shown diligence and perseverance.
You have exercised enough patience to make it through to the end of this particular goal.

The staff of the Rappahannock News would like to thank Ann Critzer, Raymundo Cruz and Fructoso Velasco for taking time out of their busy schedules the other week to bring dirt to fill our barrel for our flowers. Ann also took the barrel back to her home and had holes drilled in the bottom for drainage.

Bloodmobile
Everyone is encouraged to come out to the Washington Fire & Rescue Hall on Wednesday, June 28, between 3-7 p.m. for the American Red Cross Bloodmobile.
All donors will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a Jeep Liberty (winner to be chosen in October).
The summer months are slow months for blood drives, so make every effort you can to go to this one. For more information call Marie Riedel at 675-3638.
