Each year Hospice of the Rapidanprovides members of the community the opportunity to honor or remember someone they love with a light on its tree of lights. The 2006 Tree of Lights will be lit for the first time in a ceremony scheduled for Wednesday, November 29 at 6 p.m. The event is free and all members of the community are welcome.
Hospice of the Rapidan’s Tree of lights is located at 1200 Sunset Lane Culpeper, and will continue to shine throughout the holiday season.
Hospice volunteer Raymond Tbmzak, Jr. of Orange will light this year’s tree in a ceremony that will include musical selections performed by the CCHS Woodwind Ensemble and carols led by volunteer Lyle Sanford.
