Even the fact that children from Wakefield Country Day School, Hearthstone School and international students all came together to provide the program is testimony to Carol’s ideal of collaboration and cooperation. It all has to start somewhere...may as well be in Rappahannock County! If you ever work on a project with Carol, beware! Her ideas are only limited by the number of hours in the day.
