Hammelman and Katherine Russo shared the distinction of earning the Most Valuable Player award, Christine Pankow, an eighth grader, was recognized as Most Improved, and Elida Opitz was honored with the Coach’s award. Chantel Paul, a senior who was sidelined at mid-season with an injury, was presented with Coach Zylonis’ whistle.

Finally, Mr. Jeff Perry, who coached boys’ varsity soccer, announced his awards for the season: Pablo CovinosSolans earned the Players’ Choice award, the 120% award went to Jong Lim, the title Most Valuable Player was shared by Patrick Dale and Derek Perry, and Ian McCool was recognized as Rookie of the Year.
