McNear-Morey
exchanged vows Laura Elizabeth McNear and Duane Paul Morey were married January 13 on the beach of Turks and Caicos Islands. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. E. Conrad Howell -Marriage Officer of Providenciales. The bride is the daughter of Richard and Nancy McNear of Washington Va. The groom is the son of Matthew and Theresa Morey of Appomattox, VA. Given in marriage by her father, Richard McNear, the bride wore an elegant white gown with a long train highlighted by a floating pearls necklace and carried a bouquet of deep pink cymbidium orchids. The maid of honor was Rachael A. Ingraham of Catonsville, MD. Bridesmaids were Susannah J. McNear- Barnes of Washington, Va. and Jennifer J. Loutzenheiser, La Grange, GA. The groom’s father, Matthew Morey, was the best man and Justin Morey acted as usher. The bride is employed by the Mercy Health System and the groom is employed by the United States Coast Guard. A reception followed the wedding ceremony and was held at The Beaches Resort. The couple plans to reside in Holland, Ohio.
