The Greve Family foundation has

announced a generous gift to the Piedmont Environmental Council, PEC, to help fight the Dominion power line proposals. John Kiser, a philanthropist, author and a long time resident of Rappahannock county announced the challenge matching grant (one for one) in the amount of $100,000.
